new Air Jordan Boys’ Collection – Holiday 2009 Releases
It’s going to be really busy this holiday for the Jordan Brand Camp with several releases expected to hit retailers starting this October 2009. For the past days, we’ve been updating you on the several Jordan Brand releases for men. Jordan Brand Team hasn’t forgotten about the younger crowd and so they’re also releasing a Jordan collection for the boys. This Air Jordan Boy’s collection includes many different models and styles that where also released in men’s sizes like the Hallowed Ground, the Ol’ School III and the Jordan 16.5, and some new colorways of the Pro Classic, Flipsyde and Ol’ School II Low. Also as part of the Holiday lineup, you can also expect to see the 60+ pack dropping in boys sizes in the White/Classic Green/Black Boston Celtics colorway. For the meantime, here’s a look on what to expect in this collection.
Here’s an entire upcoming collection of the Jordan 16.5 Team as part of their Holiday 2009 Releases. It is a mix between the Air Jordan XVI and XVII. The shoe’s sleek design is represented by Air Jordan XVI while the XVII is represented though, most prominently by the large eyelet rings that appear on the side of the upper. There will be four colorways in all, three sporting White leather uppers with differing accent colors, and one pair that goes with a Black on Black look. Expect this collection to drop in starting October.
The Jordan Brand Holiday 2009 collection will feature two new Air Jordan 1 High Strap colorways. Similar to the Air Jordan 1 Black Orion-Blue, this particular shoe contains an all-black base done up in black leather. However, it does possess different attributes than the black-orion blue colorway. Besides the volt-colored midsole and removable strap, this Air Jordan 1 also owns a black patent leather swoosh. Look for these to hit retailers in November 2009.

Air Jordan Ol’ School III is another installment of the Jordan Ol’ School series and is a part of Air Jordan’s Holiday 2009 releases. It features various designs & patterns on the different midsole stripes. It will be released in seven colorways and in several styles. Look out for these kicks starting this October.
The Air Jordan Hallowed Ground is another new shoe from Jordan Brand that’s expected to drop in this Fall as part of their Holiday 2009 Releases. They are Jordan IX (9) & Jordan X (10) inspired sneakers. The base is a mix of smooth leather, patent leather & nubuck with a stitched pattern along the sides. The shoes feature carbon fiber on the sole & a Jumpman logo on the heel. All four are expected to drop in this October 2009. For the meantime check out the whole line up.
The Air Jordan Force IV (AJF 4) is a combination of the classic Nike Air Force 1 and the legendary Air Jordan 4, which was released in 1989.The Shoe features the typical Jordan 4 Straps on the side, the plastic net at the side panel and the red eyelets. The AJF 4 has a big air sole with a transparent window at the heel and the classic Air Force 1 Outsole. The Shoe comes in a nice collectors box, where you can find the following explanation of AJF:

Air Jordan and Air Force I. The ultimate collaboration! A rare opportunity to see these two titans as “the best of both worlds”, unite as one. The Jordan Brand is celebrating year 23 just as the Air Force I is coming off its 25th anniversary. As these two franchises join forces for the first time, the new visual expression is destined to become the ultimate statement for sneaker aficionados around the world.

The vanguards of high performance and artistic expression have never been more united, but for every masterpiece, for every true expression of authentic merit, there are a dozen pretenders wanting a ticket to the dance. The result: an uncompromising path with access only authenticity can grant.

The shoe game stands upon yet another threshold of change and this is your opportunity to be a part of the change to come. The Air Jordan Franchise and the Air Force I are joining forces, ready to establish new precedents for the future. Pushing the limits of what’s possible. The big question is will you be ready?
